Why does the anger control me…
It rages in my brain
15 years have come and gone
and I still feel the same
alone, and ***** and isolated
crawl into a shell
exploding fist upon the wall
come see me in my hell
Will I ever escape what’s in my mind?
The hurt and pain’s still there
Awake in the day, but still asleep
Inside the same nightmare

Oh so sad! It may take a few years but you may overcome it...stay strong...you might need to change a few things. Just try not to hold on to it. Such a sad poem but well written. Take Care.
