Lazy complacent, but always in motion
Resistance is futile, I seek out the potion
That will make me will my rage away
Tired of feeling it day by day
Success in so many things, but the lousy feelings rule me
I don’t want it anymore, but it just won’t leave
And after all is said and done
I’ve once again became angers pawn
Not in control of my life, a messed up son
Who’s trying to learn how to be a dad
Even though he’s depressed and always sad
I can’t pass this crap onto who I’ve made
The battles in my mind, the price that I paid
Can not go to him or history repeats
And the cycle goes on
And I sulk in defeat…
