the idea of this is really nice... i think it could be better with less "and"'s though also maybe make your stanzas a little better so it shows the rythem, something like...
Don’t trust Memory,
It is too frail, fragile,
And perishable.
It does not leave the light on,
Be not contented with it!
Always trust your heart!
It will not fail you ever,
