Weird Feeling

Contributed by ruby1987 on Sunday, 21st September 2003 @ 07:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Today I had this weird feeling,
Mesmerized I was left kneeling,
In the sand where I’d felt all that devotion,
It was an explosion of beautiful emotion,

Together we watched the sun hide beneath the sea,
Now I know why they say, “I would die in ecstasy,”
Its such a delight that we ride upon the same bus,
Because as one we listened to the wind whistle around us

Walking home alone I felt the nearness of you,
Even though the rain had eagerly began to fall,
Wet thoroughly I was embraced by the nearness of you,
With no pain for the first time in the rain I stood tall.

Tonight as I will lay myself down to sleep,
I will dream high in the mountains of our future to be,
Now that I have this weird feeling so deep,
I speculate what kismet has in store for me.
