A poet oh what would it be
I wish I were a poet to write wonderful poetry
I think and I think but nothing ever comes to mind
When I try to listen sometimes I hear a faint voice that comes in a whisper and never gives me any good advice
Would I publish my poetry I will never know
Just to be called a poet makes my heart glow
Glow like the night lights of Vegas
I wish I could be a poet a poet oh what a word

Hi, this is beautiful, but alas!! not all people think so. Lots of them think poets are just ppl who have nothing better to do so they sit with a pen and paper and waste their lives away. But I am gonna continue 'wasting away my time' and so should you...
