Gods Chosen

Contributed by Chester_England_White on Thursday, 18th September 2003 @ 02:45:00 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

God sent His Son Jesus
God gave Him us

Those that God chose
I do not ever boast!

For Jesus did it all
He came to earth to fall

Not in sin, but to free
Took the sting of death you see

Will you serve Him today?
Oh bow down and pray

For His will for your life
He will guide you and take all strife

Tribulation you may have in this world
Jesus over came it all down it was hurled

Now we have eternal life you see
For He took it all on Cavalry

Jesus was born to die
This is no lie

He ascended into heaven, but not to stay
He will come again one day

He will come as King of kings
With a cloud then we will sing

He will come as Lord of lords
Eternal life for some He affords

On the other hand some will fall
Into the pit none can plead at all

Oh what will your destination be?
Will you be bound for hell or will you be free

Are you one God has chosen?

This was good, uplifting and true except God does not choose us we have to choose him. Good write though.
