The sea between us does abide
My Heart it knows this, so it cries
It cries for you
My love, yes you
The cry it makes I can't hold in
I can't control it's voice within
To be with you
My love, yes you
And so it tears my soul apart
And makes small pieces of my Heart
It cries for you
My love, yes you
But then I think of you again
In time my soul begins to mend
I think of you
My love, yes you
And so if sorrow fills my Heart
I will not grieve, though we're apart
Someday I'll be with you
My love, yes you
