Our Love?

Contributed by Night_Child on Monday, 15th September 2003 @ 06:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

The love I thought we had
Where did it go?
You say Forever we will be
But its lost all feeling

My emotions rise and fall
Happy one minute
In tears the next
Wondering if you truly mean the words
I love you

Did I do something wrong?
Please tell me
My bodys numb from all the tears

You've changed
But I don't know why

I just want you back
The way you were
I want to know you mean every word you say

Sitting here alone
I think of you
A cold rain runs the ink of this poem
Tears run down my face

If I left tomorrow,
Would you care?

I know this one too well.
Personally I always said, f*ck u and ended it but that doesn't mean I was always right, only that I reached my wits end.
I'm sure it isn't something u did. Usually it's the one that hurts another endlessly that did the wrong.
Take it easy on yourself.
PEACE, JOY, LUV,
emy
Very good writing!

Don't say it isn't one of your best (Even though I have done it and I've been told off mind you!) because it is from your heart and soul and this is how you feel and others can relate to this perfectly. I know I can say that I understand this poem, and I hope that everything will be okay in time.
Emma.

Marvelous write. I like the question at the end sheer brilliance. Great poem!
