Fading like a flower

I’M FADING LIKE A FLOWER DRAINED FROM THE LACK OF SUN..
IN DESPERATE NEED OF WATER,
IN DESPERATE NEED OF THE LOVE.
MY GROUND NEED PLOWING,
AND THE WEEDS ARE NOT MY FRIEND.
HANGING ON IN DESPERATE HOURS,
IN FEAR OF THE END.
IF ONLY I COULD SEE THE SUNSHINE,
PEAKING THROUGH THE CLOUDS.
GIVING ME MOTIVATION,
TO MAKE IT ALL WORTH WELL.
BUT ALL I SEE BEFORE ME,
ARE PEOPLE WHO JUST DON’T CARE,
RUNNING AROUND IN A SENCE OF PANIC,
LIKE THERES A LACK OF AIR.
IF ONLY THEY TAKE A MOMENT,
TO APPRECIATE WHATS HERE TO SEE,
THEN MAYBE THINGS WOULD BE DIFFERENT,
MAYBE THEY TAKE BETTER CARE OF ME.

planted and forgotten, yes indeed, where have all the gardeners gone. Love the way you got over the message in this poem.
