I Walk In Balance

Contributed by MoonlitAngel on Wednesday, 10th September 2003 @ 10:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: NaturePoetry

Soothe me
Cleanse me
Of all the wrongs I've done
Wash over me
Release me
From this lonely life I shun

Ground me
Center me
Ease my inconsistencies
Kiss me
Caress me
Until I'm one with the seas

Heal me with your cooling touch
Until now I never needed you much
You make every tear somehow disappear
Now my world's a little brighter
And my head is a little bit clearer
I still don't know when, but I can breathe again

Love you
Become you
Give myself up to the truth
Accept you
Live within you
Endlessly revived by your youth

With you I walk in balance
I needed love and you closed the distance
The magick you weave gives me faith to believe
That soon I'll have all I need
My spirit will finally cease to bleed
My inner light will shine with goodness so divine
