Amoung Strangers

Contributed by crow on Tuesday, 9th September 2003 @ 02:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

Something had always held me
from the edge.

That final breath you take,
before letting go.

Hope held inside,
never willing to release.

Someone had seen something
I had missed.

Willing to give my soul,
no silver was offered.

Someone has been here before me,
and quotes himself.

The door can stay open,
its safe amoung strangers........Crow

"faith, hope and love"
Thank every one of you for your visits!

Crow you are a spiritula person - beautiful write

I espcially like this line -

That final breath you take,
before letting go.

I can feel the butterflies in my stomach - know this feeling well - and yet I keep letting go willing to free fall and see what happens

thank you for sharing this lovely poem

merry
