MY TRUE FRIEND

It's great to have a friend,
I can tell my troubles too,
It's great to have a friend,
Who's faithful, kind and true.

It's great to have a friend,
Who cheers me when things look grim,
Who appreciates so very much,
The little things I do for him.

He's like the brightest star,
That lightens up the night.
He never leaves me feeling sad,
Makes everything seem right.

I hope he never leaves me,
This special friend of mine.
I'd like to be his friend forever,
Until the end of time.

Del that is a very sweet poem. I'm with you...a good friend never leaves....he stays even until the end of time.
