Sometimes I just sit and wonder,
As life passes before me.
Sometimes I can't help the hunger,
That wishes for your presence besides me.
Sometimes I wonder if this is all?
Or is there more, just waiting for me.
Am I preparing myself for a fall?
Will you be there, waiting for me?
Sometimes I just sit and wonder,
What your doing when I'm not around.
Then I stop and ponder,
If you are what keeps me off the ground.
I wish I could find the words,
To tell you what I wish I could.
But I'm afraid of the hurt.
And I wonder if I should.
