The tap drips away -
slowly;drop by drop.
Strings tug at my soul,
tempting me with an elusive goal.
Stretched,dragged,shoved thus far.Enough.
Stop,halt,stand-still I must.Abrupt.
The tap drips away -
slower now;drop by a distant drop.
A state of limbo.While
tucked away inside the drawer,
a gun bids its time.
Sinister,death-cold.Awaits a crime(?)
The tap drips away -
no more;its run dry.
