Today Yesterday and Tomorrow

Contributed by smilez_n_frownz on Saturday, 23rd August 2003 @ 04:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Yesterday I was going down,
tomorrow I am going up,
today I am crying,
yesterday I was laughing,
tomorrow I am hurting,
today I am healing,
yesterday I was dieing,
tomorrow I am living,
today I am mad and sad,
yesterday I was happy n' glad,
tomorrow I am careless,
today I am caring,
Tomorrow I am today
everything and anything I wasn't.

I can certainly relate to that for that is life.
It's the same with everyone...each day is a surprize......each day may be fun, or not even dazzle our eyes....but atleast we are alive....we are vibrant living souls...what is the alternative.....dead people may not be confused, but they have nothing to look forward to.....tis best to be allive and trying...no matter how hard. It takes courage to live....life is really hard, and once you accept that....you can relax, and have fun!
I loved the originality of your poem....it was reality...that's good!
