When did it all change?
When did I get too old to chase butterflies in a field?
When did I lose the hope for each day?
When did my laughter turn to tears?
When did I lose my friends trust?
When did it all change?
Where did my joy go?
Where did my strength to continue everyday depart?
Where is the real me hiding?
Where are my old morals, and self-confidence?
Where are those that promised they would never leave my side?
Where did it all change?
Why did I let go of my dreams?
Why did I compromise?
Why didn’t I fight?
Why did I accept defeat?
Why can’t I find a way out?
Why did it all change?
How did I just let it pass me by?
How could I have been so stupid?
How could I be so blind?
How could I be so broken?
How could you not care?
How did it all Change?

It is growing angst pains. It happens to us all in our teen and young adult years. One of these days the real you will come back. Don't give up and just try to be as happy as possible. The clouds will just life one day and it will be like it never happened. It is a strange phenomenon.
