Some say,
"There is no God."
They may say it with their voices
or say it by their deeds.
Some say it secretly,...
deviously,....
in their hearts.
They've freely made this choice
because they love no one.
All they want is to gratify
their selfish needs.
Some of them are vile pits of darkness!
They are moved...
by Satan's malicioussness and greeds.
They boast of taking us by fear;...
they take our possessions.
They take whatever they wish...
but cannot take the Christian's soul.
Moved by Satan,
the person sitting next to you,
the one with the pious pose,...
who recites your godly creeds,
and gives to charities,...
he or she does for a price,...
for social acceptance,
intending to get what they gave...
and more.
They'll pat you on the back
and say words that sound so nice!
Pity their lost souls, but beware of them,
for they've been moved by Satan.

i agree with you, in that alot of "holy" people do it for the social acceptance, and basically to fulfill some hidden agenda or another. but, i don't believe in god, and i DO love people. not many, most are too stupid. and i don't want to gratify my selfish needs anymore than the next person. my needs are met without troubling others, so where is the harm? not all people who don't believe in god, are demons. some are just people who have seen too much to believe that there is someone controlling all of this who cares.
i did enjoy your poem, it flowed well, and had true emotion to it. you have true talent.

very stereotypical. dont think that everyone who has been "moved" by satan sacrifices animals, worship the devil, and hate god...
true satanist dont worship Satan as a god, they worship no one. they pray to no one, or ask for forgiveness. unlike christians who pray to god expecting him to solve all their problems. |
