I will walk the path less travelled
With blistered, torn and bloodied feet.
The uncertain ground will slice and cut
But my heart will not falter, miss a beat.
I will walk this difficult path
Because it is right and I refuse to get weak,
Whatever barriers may block my way
I will cross to reach the destination I seek.
I choose to walk the harder path
And will not be diverted from it by any test
Because I know I walk the right path
And at journeys end I will hold an Angel to my breast.
