the memory of that day has stayed clear in my mind far too long
it seems to be that today is the tomorrow of so long ago
we lay comfortable on one another with my arms around yours and yours on mine
it seemed to last forever
how effortlessly it is to reach happiness

the only comfortable silence i have ever known was with you
the only true pain ive ever felt was caused by you
and you are ignorant to that fact
and we are both blissfully unaware that we shared the strongest connection of each others lives.

theres no point living in the past.
