Tonight by the fire
the crackle of wood
the warmth I feel.
I wonder how you are
where you might wander.
an old torn shirt
you used to wear, hangs on a nail
behind the door.
A tear is shed
as I tear my life apart,
searching for reasons
you could not stay.
O`heart be tender
I have cried enough.
Fire to embers
the warmth still inside.. Crow
