I watch from the side

A smile on my face, you think you know

I search for a belonging you have always had

I search for a half i lost so long ago

I only know what it feels like

It's been so long i can"t tell you what it looks like

So, i sit on the side with a smile on my face

i search for a half......that line rocks!!!!
really great write.....makes me think of someone i lost a long time ago....when the time they've been gone is longer than you had with them.....well.....you've captured that!!!
