Dusting through the years
This pain I endure inside
Forever yonders
Beneathe the blurry sea
Speads across the distance
Dividing the individuals amongst us
Seeking our reflection
Hiding what we truly feel inside
Engaged with saddness and
Our moral ways
Covered in this deep blue water
With crescent blood
It lursts though
Bleeding black as the black
Night sky appears upon us
Forever alone and dead
Roaming around this tainted blood
Crawling with miseries and mysteries
Attracted with darkness and across the Cracked wall....

Kittiekat, I don't know if this will help but one of my grandaughters (aged 16) has had a lot of difficulties and disappointments (through health problems).
The other day just when I thought she was heading for a real depression (head in hands) she got up and said..........'Oh well that was yesterday' ........
smiled and walked out.
