Love Broken

My soul is heavy with bliss
Can i hope him give me one kiss

I sit and think of all the times we were together
Our memories stretching tight as leather

I went fourteen years without your love, without one kiss
All my life coming apart, going amiss

Should I hope for your love once more
Should I show you how much of you i adore

Or should i wait for you to show your love to me
While i let the clouds hear my sorrowful plea?

Maybe one day i can bear to hope him to change
Or shall i give our love up for something in exchange?

My heart pounds when i see his eyes
Does that mean i should believe his lies?

Should i give you something your heart is unworthy of
Something as beautiful as real love?

Can my heart finally realize your bad
Or has my heart been had?

I hope you soon realize what you gave away
Someone you can no longer betray

the epitome of frustration.....when they don't realize what they're throwing away...right before there very eyes.....you wrote something really powerful here......i hope he no longer betrays......
