Half a rose, half a dose
of the romance of life
half happy songs, sitting in repose
the other side, I am deprived.

Half a smile, half so bile
of this romance that burns
half a world, or even a mile
away, yet this half still yearns

Whole am I, I am whole
no more in question do I hang.
Whole of all, you I have a soul
I am one, my yin and yang.
