Hate,
sorrow,
sadness,
swirl through my mind.
Resentment,
loneliness,
jealousy,
is all I feel.
My heart is crying,
my head is screaming,
but all I do smile.
Tell you I'm happy,
tell you I care,
tell you I knew he'd always be there.
Your smile should make me happy,
it should make these feelings disappear.
it shouldn't make me shed a hot tear.
All I feel is sadness,
clawing away my insides.
I don't know why I feel this way,
I don't know why I care.
All I know is it kills me,
to see you both standing there.
Whispering secrets,
hands intertwined.
Laughing and talking,
not a care on your mind.
I tell you I'm glad,
but it's just a lie.
Every time I look at you,
it makes me want to cry.

I really like this poem. Mainly because I can totally relate to your feelings. I've been there, am there infact. Awesome poem. :)
