Suicide
|
Red swirls in front of her eyes,
cutting off her senses.
Tears choke her,
she loses her mind to the pain.
Hate bubbles from her wounds,
spilling on the cold floor.
Anguish holds her captive,
a prisoner of teenage years.
Love keeps her blind,
unable to see the truth.
He promised her forever,
if only she'd commit.
Fear made her agree,
to stop her years from coming.
Loneliness forced her to slash the skin,
forever silencing her future.
Tears came fast,
as her soul drifts away.
