Topic: DreamsandWishes

When the dark clouds move in
the Moon, the Sun, all in hiding
I have watched skies bleed
from arrows aimed at dreams
just after the lightning flash
when the sky is torn apart,
them wicked clouds  full of thorns
hovering like giant draculas.
The lightning strikes once again,
then the grumbling, the thundering
just before the winds breake
summoning the holy waters to surge
pouring streams of liquid from the sky
washing away the rotten memories.
I want to forget all that bad fat
whitewash the dark places of sin
the twisted cruel things I've seen
for the sake of my threatened sanity.
Those scars that mock me deep within
causing resentments I don't want to carry
my magnificent dreams sabotaged by plain envy
I woke up to realise that I have lost blind trust
the betrayal of the sacred, so harsh and unjust
a misfortune to which I must stricktly adjust,
this makes me want to give up all expectations
by surrendering to the path of zero temptations.
May the art of taking equally thrive in the giving,
may the act of sharing blossom in the serving
the fun of life is in the here and now; up & playing,
so what's the matter, why are we in denial
hear me please, hear carefully what I am saying;
what are we waiting for, are we going senile?
we must let us let our dreams shine for a while!.
Within that paradox we shall solve the equation
or the equation will soon be solving us.
