Seasons change

We faced a winter where
Every night the moon asked why
The tears of heaven
Where raging bombs
We lived a winter where
The sun asked bout the identity
Of each and every gun
We survived a winter where
Killing was only
A ride through our parks
We wrote a chapter
Of our history with
Ink of blood
But soon the seasons will change
I see a spring
In which prosperity will shine
And green color will draw our peace of mind
I feel a summer in which
The sun will rule our skies freely
With no clouds to affect it
I see… the change is near!
