SADDAM SHAME

Contributed by Steeleyes on Thursday, 7th August 2003 @ 05:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: political

Saddam shame
they can’t find him
All the might
of the American right
All that’s left
Of wit bereft

So many satellites
Turn day to night
But that’s not quite right
Duh! Less brain than might!

So many gizmos, so many men
You’d think they’d find his secret den
Perhaps some loyalty can’t be bought
Could that be why he can’t be caught?

Perhaps tomorrow he’ll be found
Listen close for the sound
Those agents are moaning
With technology groaning

In a dirt-poor land
Can we understand
Why a hi-tech nation
In search formation
Can’t find one man
In those shifting sands?

American I may be,
yet I can clearly see
the very valid point to this poem.
I often sit and wonder
till my mind is in a blunder
hey yo where did those two bad men go??

anyway I agree with this poem why the hell haven't we caught up with Osama butt laden and Sadaam ASS sane anyway, time for the ends to the wars and the beginnings of world piece and friendships.
Great write!!
