One Brave Man

Contributed by Asatru on Wednesday, 6th August 2003 @ 11:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

Here one brave man stands,
All alone in his own little world,

Here this brave man goes to school,
Pointed and laughed at constantly,

Here this brave man walks home,
Hearing screaming voices in his head all day,

Here this brave man is home,
Ignored by his parents,

Here this brave man goes to his room,
Avoiding his parents bickering by blasting his music,

Here this brave man goes to his living room late at night,
Only to be beaten by his father for waking him up,

Here this brave man goes to sleep,
Dreaming nightmares all night long,

Here this brave man wakes up,
To do it all over again,

Here this brave man gets tired of it all,
And grabs a gun,

Here one brave man ends it all,
With the queeze of a trigger.

Well, this "brave man" certainly isn't that brave if he kills himself in the end. It takes balls to go through crap and fight against it. If he was brave then why did he take the cowards way out? Maybe he could have ran away or something in the end and then come back with an AK-47 and go on a homicidal acid trip.

Here Here... I agree with SICK... only a coward ends his own life from self pity... now an AK-47 acid trip is more like it... I hope this isn't how u really feel.... because while suicide is painless... so is randomly lashing out at those who hurt you on paper... tell them all how postal they make you feel... maybe you'll feel better...
