Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!
When I was caught with fetters of the world
Struck by passions and egocentric emotions
If I am drowning in the waters of sorrows
Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!
I know nothing about charms and prayers
I do not know what is worship and penance
And I never did charity or any works of merit
Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!
I’ve no devotion and I never did meditation
I am craving for joys and sensual pleasures
I am lustful, sinful and also I am avaricious
Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!
Neither the creator nor an angel nor any god
Nor the sun nor the moon comes down for me
I don’t know anyone except thou the savior
Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!
When enemies and sorrows surround me and
When disputes, fires and waters surround me
Om Bhavaani Om protect me with thy forces
Thou art my sole refuge Om Bhavaani Om!!
Thou art my soul force Om Bhavaani Om!!

No multiplicity my dear frtiend.. only one universal soul and that exists as absolute.but we call it by various names.the names I mostly use are simple epithets...Kaalika means divine wisdom..Bhavaani means power consciousness..ie the Soul force..

You are such an inspiration Om! Venkat!! om..omm!.
To me it boils down to this, to have the faith
to start with, to conjure through prayer, divine
entities, dieties, even concepts which could manifest
and deliver what the prayer (poem) wishes.
In this case if I, the reader of the poem, can grant
you those wishes then my name should be included
amongst those of the Gods and Goddesses.
Like Sri. Vincy or hari Vincy rather than swami Vincy.

Great Lines! The whole poem reads well. These particuliar lines intrigue me. Perhaps they're the lines I identify with most. Very nicely written. This is my favorite piece of yours that I have read so far.
