I Felt It all
I felt the nail rip through my flesh,
I felt my hands nailed to the cross.
I felt the gapping hole of the wound,
As the whip pierced my side.
I felt the thorn rip through my skin,
I tasted the blood on my lip.
I felt the laughter and the hate,
I felt the agony and the pain.
I felt it all.
I woke up startled in my bed,
Seems it all was a dream.
But I felt everything,
I felt it all.
Then I realize, for Jesus it wasn’t a dream,
He paid the ultimate price for you and me.
He felt everything,
He felt it all.
