Fade to Blue

As hard as she tried,
and with all her heart
A crystal tear fell,
for a love to be hers
A love she so desired
would not come on the wind
or the stars she stands beneath.
Where was that knight,
the guardian of her heart,
a gentle voice that held the key.
Silence was all that echoed,
her heart now painted with tears.
Reflections of one more night
her world would fade to blue. Crow

| I could say the usual..beautiful write,great depth,so emotional..But Im afraid I am a lil lost for words on this one :)..I didnt even get to start the poem,before I was moved..just with the intro alone,I had a tear.Wish I could reach out and hold her hand.I know this feeling sooo well and I all I can say is you are a pen with a heart attached.(((huggers))) to you my friend :) |
