I had a beautiful dream last night,
About a wonderful island of love.
Where we planed a secret rendezvous,
Under a diamond studded sky up above.
We were to meet in a garden,
With roses growing everywhere.
I looked into that garden,
But couldn't find you there.
Slowly I searched the island,
Praying for a sight of you.
How disappointing it will be,
If my dream will not come true.
Then I saw you, sweetheart,
Standing near the shore.
I ran into your arms and kissed you,
Like I never kissed you before.
Your lips seemed glued to mine,
They didn't want to part.
My beautiful dream was coming true.
And tonight I'll give you my heart.
