Sometimes my life is falling apart.
Bit by bit it crumbles.
& all I can do is watch.
Sometimes I feel I have control.
I have choices I have power.
& all I can do is run with it.
Sometimes I want to be loved.
I'm given affection warm hugs soft kisses.
& all I can do is push it away.
Sometimes I want to try so hard to beat it.
I'll push myself to mental & physical exhaustion.
& all I can do is push harder.
Sometimes music makes my world safe.
But sometimes it's terrifying.
& all I can do is keep listening.
Sometimes I want to die.
Life seems so hard & ask I ask " will I ever be free "
& all I can do is keep living...

You describe very poignantly your inner struggles. I can relate to your stanzas a lot. This was very good keep on living things will get better. Take care of yerself and keep on writing.
