Am I the only person that has to love someone?
Am I the only reason that you chose to stay?
Am I the only opening of which you can escape?
Am I the only dreamer who can’t make it all seem right?
Am I the only dancer that cries so much each night?
Am I the only woman who can’t live without a man?
Am I the only lover who needs someone to hold my hand?
Am I the only friendship that is always used?
Am I the only daughter who is constantly abused?
Am I the only gemini who has a special twin?
Am I the only writer who doesn’t know where to begin?
Am I the only star that can make your wish come true?
Am I the only excuse of why you do what you do?
Am I the only influence of the explanations that you give?
Am I the only reason that I chose to live?

We all want to be loved but to stay where there is abuse is not the answer...
