Happy Blade

Contributed by squeesh on Sunday, 27th July 2003 @ 09:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

These thoughts
All this confusion
You hate me anyway
Just let me alone
This is between me and this happy blade
We're fighting
This nice little disagreement
It's sliding across my skin
It's not my fault
Don't get mad at me
Me and this happy blade just had a fight
It's leaving me notes
Don't be scared
It's peaceful
No harm done
It's only skin deep
Theses scars are for both
And the blood is rusting the silver
It's not my fault
Me and this happy blade
We had another fight
Don't get mad
I'm satisfied
It's doing me well
My anger and frustration
It all just flew away
I'm doing better
Despite these scars
I'm not depressed
I'm not upset
It's just me and my blade
We keep having fights
Don't look at me strange
Or consult me with leather straps
Me and my happy blade
We enjoy these fights
He drags across me arm
The blood droplets hit the floor
He gets rusty and dull
It's all a cycle
We're addicted to
Be happy for me
I'm not addicted to drugs
I get good grades
I help around the house
And plaster this smile across my face
Me and my happy blade
We love each other
Together always
Don't blame me
We got in a fight
Nothing bad
It's all skin deep
