All I have is just a thread
separating me from here & there
I am holding on to this to the very end
that space between life and death
but before I go let me make a go
"I ask for one more kiss if you please!".
I might as well loonie this loop
and reach out at standing words
before they get stranded & rounded.
I am all ears at this second calling
a bottle rolling empty on the floor
serving the last drop of silence
left in the hollows of my mouth
reserved for such occasions.
Yet, I shall disturb no rioting silence
my intervention is as neutral as I come
my insertion out of the very need
to command such demanding attention.
I ask of life (nicely) one more time
Giimmmmmmmeeeee a brake for fcks sake!.
