"You're not worth loving,
nor being loved!"
Haunting echoes, a soul's song,
being sung to this very day!
It's music keeps getting
in my "life's way!"
"We wish you had never been born!"
"We hated you from the start!"
Poison arrows meant to kill!
Aimed directly, piercing one's heart!
"You're just an inconvenience!
Not planned as part of our life!
You violated our rules,
and came anyway!!!
"Your punishment means
a life of strife!
A "Whipping Post" to us you'll be!
We'll make you wish that
you had never been born!
You'll see!!!"
"We have no feelings!
It's such a shame you do!
Too sensitive, too kind, stop crying!
You're not our kind!"
Why are you in our life?
Get out of our way!
We can't physcially kill you!
But we can make you miserable,
and destroy your heart, if you stay!!!"
Who are these people?
That find unnatural pleasure
in torturing another soul?
Especially one of their own?
Who is their God, Satan?
Are they imitating his ways?
Did they learn this from him?
Or, on their own all alone?
Without conscience, hardened core!
Without fellow felling, no regrets!
Without sympathy, no remorse!
Unreasonable, can't communicate!
Moved only by hatred and force!
They are never wrong, always right!
Never say "No" to them, or prepare for a fight!
Without love for people.
Love only for money and themselves!
Inanimate objects hoarded......
Collected, shelf by shelf!
Self-destructing.....BEWARE!
Killing for them is easy, no empathy!
"It can't hurt you, if it doesn't hurt me!
Out of control! They must control!
Fear intimidating tactics are
Fits of Anger, and Hot Rage!
Charming, affective, without a heart!
"Great Pretenders," right from the start!
Behind closed doors.
Obnoxious, hateful, abominable.
Repulsive, offensive, shocking!
Favorite "pass-time" for
former husband, was stalking!
Disgusting, invidious, spiteful,
Malicious, insulting, irritating,
provoking.....can't stand Peace!
Under their control......no release!
They walk among us,
under different titles.
Appearances seem normal....
"Actions" are far from the "Norm!"
They are walking demons,
Camouflaged in man's form!!!
STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!
For overnight possession
can take place.....in any race!
Don't even come near.....
By all means, never return!
They are incapable of change!
No lessons do they learn!
Subtle "Terrorists!" among us!
With only one thought in mind!
"Misery loves company!"
Forcefully making you one of their "Kind!"
Aiming for your "Self-esteem!"
Piercing our souls with
poisoned words for arrows!
No scars, abuse unseen!
Before you try to escape.....Please get help!
Some do respect the law.
That may be their only "Flaw!"
Years of "Self-loathing!"
Hearts ripped from our chest!
We'll never be the same as before.
'Tis a horrible test!
Healing from their abuse is never easy!
Put on your Loving Creator's attributes.
Wear them each day like a vest!
Take refuge in Him, He'll give you
a peaceful place to heal your heart....
Then finally you can rest!

I know you are a grown woman now,a very strong and caring woman but something compels me to reach out and just hold the little girl inside you.Your words of wisdom far out do theirs of hate and spitefulness.(((hugggers))) If you are interested,I have a poem called"the children come first".It is about domestic violence and the affect it has on the kids..true story.

Dear Cher, I didn't experience quite what you did. I can say I had a wonderful childhood, but there were 'characteristics' that were not loving that confused me. Not like you, but I, too, had alot of anguish, guilt, depression. Then because of one of my loved ones who had an addiction, I finally looked for help for HIM and found help for myself. God works in mysterious ways. My counselor identified my mother as a 'crazy maker'!
Over years, peace was made, and I've been able to let go, but there are still awful things among our family. I guess perhaps because we are humans.
I know people who have had experiences like yours and I think the only thing one can do is let go and go on with God. Love, Bizzy |
