Topic: Suicide

AT WORK .
WITH OTHER PEOPLE .AT TIME ON THE OUTSIDE: I LOOK FINE. I SEEM FINE. I FEEL PRETY GOOD. I HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. BUT ON THE INSIDE I CARRY HEAVY THOUGHTS OF SUICIDE. SO I TURN TO DRINKIN OR CUTTING. BUT THE WORDS CAN NOT CONVEY THE PAIN THAT I HAVE SUFFERED. SOMETIMES I WILL IGNORE THE PAIN FOR A WHILE PERHAPS FOR A LONG WHILE , AND FIGUER IT WILL GO AWAY BUT IT WONT. THEN I GO BACKTO FORCEING MYSELF TO HIDE MY ANGUISH AND SORROW. I FEEL LIKE I CANT CONTAIN IT BUT IT IS CLEAR I WAN'T TO DIE

Take yourself serious and keep talking esp to those you'd be too imbarressed to tell.

Imbarresment is always a good sign you care about your life care about what people think
