Shining Deep

A leaking pale holding water to aspire; leaking drip by drip it disappears unto the floor.
The pale with rusty sides that holds no bold reflection, shall drip forever more as its rusting holes perspire.
The pale is growing old as day by day the holes enlarge, the drips now running frequent and the floor becoming wet.
It bleeds in vain of hope that one will fix - to save what it has left, its hope forever fleeting as it drains to its last drop.
A pale an arid waste from what was once a shining deep reflection, a pale that withered thus, decayed within, decayed so deep within.
