I promise that i'll be there
when u call me in the middle of the night,
i promise I'll make up,
after every lil fight.
i promise i'll be here for you,
when times get tough,
i'll be the one to stay strong,
when you've had just about enough.
i promise that no lies will leave this mouth,
for i dare not hurt u at all,
i promise that i'll be here for u,
when you're afraid to fall.
Baby i promise that i'll be the only one,
to hold u, kiss u, and love u with all my heart,
I promise that nothin will ever,
tear us apart.
Boy u promised all this to me when times got rough,
now where r u,
i've had enough...
i can't take the phone calls every 2 days,
i thought for me is where ur heart stays.
U promise me that,U promise me this,
u don't call, don't visit,
when was the last time we realli kissed?
I'll tell u now, i have promises too,
baby i promise,
not to ever fall in love wit someone like you.
i promise to find someone who's worth my time,
someone who'll love me for me,
and accept this heart of mine.
I promise that u will no longer mean anything to me,
i promise that one day u'll wake up and see.
That u missed out, on what might've been real,
Tables have turned, and games over for u,
now tell me one thing..how does it feel?
