The Remarkable Woman

Contributed by norm on Tuesday, 22nd July 2003 @ 10:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

I know not what is on her mind
First she screams and slaps my face,
Then she beams and with grace
Takes my head with either hand
And strokes it stimulating grand
crescendo, Chopin's Polonaise
As the music climbs, cascades.

If this woman with her stroke
Simulates the Grand Baroque,
How can man with simple patience
Hope to elevate her station?
No man using native ken
can hope to emulate her Zen.
There is no woman in the house
Who doesn't understand her spouse.

On her toes she could stand
still you would misunderstand
with a slap though my friend
you're bound to over understand.
You capture the spously texture.

One simple piece of philosophy
I offer you my friend:
Us woman we are complex creatures,
you just can't comprehend!
So although our actions may seem strange
with moods that confuse your mind
Just give up on trying to understand
it's an answer you'll never find!

Great poem norm I thoroughly enjoyed it, this remarkable woman is so much like myself... I think my partner would sympathize with you... lol

I have to Norm! :-D (comment) :-D

Your words are grand~and unobscured,
My jaw hung open~I was floored!!!
You know us women,oh so well.
I'd never slap,or want you in hell.
But in defense of my female friends,
Our complexity to man~~NEVER ends!!!
Angel always...godspeed...joni ;-)

Women my friend are such creatures
You never know what are their features.

You never know who they really are
until you try...
So if you wanna get married
marry a guy...
