Topic: Suicide

I've been screaming for the last several years,
Yelling loudly through my tears.
Sometimes I think that you hear me,
I think my pain you can see,
But as always I am wrong,
For you never look at me long.

I still have hope that you’ll change,
That you won’t find me so strange.
I want you to accept me for who I am,
And I'm sick of how you never give a damn.

You can ignore my cuts and scars,
Keep me more distant then the stars,
Pretend you love me, then throw me away,
Well, I'm not coming back today,

This time I know I’ll succeed,
At my last evil deed,
The knife slices across my skin,
I have committed yet another sin.

Just like before, but with a twist,
This time I didn’t cut my wrist,
Out of my neck blood pours out dark red,
It seeps out until I’m dead.

And when you find me don’t you cry,
Don’t sit there and ask why,
Because if you were there before,
maybe I wouldn’t be dead on the floor.

You have expressed your feelings so well with this write.And no...it does not cast itself to deaf ears or shaded eyes...Just keep writing....keep penning your every thought...all your feelings.You really have terrific talent!!
