Destiny?

Questions,
unanswered in the deepening silence,
the silence which damages.
It's a razor sharp blade,
tearing and shredding,
piercing pain,
ripping through every part of me.
penetrating,
deeper and deeper...
twisting and turning,
reaching my heart,
the heart already wounded.
To be wounded again? Only deeper?
The knife carelessly slices open the once healed scars
which now, pour out the pain.
Like the blood that still flows through my veins,
like a red poison,
the poison of life.
It's all that keeps me here,
that and the shallow breath I hear
and see as my chest slowly rises and falls.
But will my wounded heart keep beating,
storing this pain inside over and over,
only to be stabbed and torn apart again and again?
When will it end?
stop this pain!
stop this hurt!
Somebody help me-help me!!
I cry out with tears flooding my eyes
but noone hears my muffled cry.
I'm dying
I'm dying
Or am I already dead?

of the dark side of things, it hurts to read.
It is well written though, intense expression. |
