SHE SITZ ALONE IN HER ROOM
WHAT GOEZ THRU HER MIND I WONDER?
IN THE DARK NO SOUNDS TO BOTHER HER...
WHAT IS SHE THINKING ABOUT I WONDER?
MAYBE THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FOR HER TO BE DEAD,I WONDER??
ALL I KNOW IS THAT I MISS HER,
AND NEED HER BECAUSE SHE IS
OUR LIFE AND THE ONE I CALL WIFE..
DOES SHE KNOW HOW MUCH WE LOVE HER,I WONDER???

This poem shows there is genuine caring here,
I understand how depression causes withdrawal.
Worry contracts, meditation expands. You can overcome this situation without medication which is a last resort, you can shake it off, communicate with him.
Don't let it drag on and on, life is short and you're aware of your condition which you can overcome.
You're fortunate to have caring, loving family, although they don't always show it I can tell you're loved.

This poem is great and it is apparent this guy loves you. I hope you get to feeling better. Depression is not an easy thing. No matter how much love you feel you sometimes can't stop depression. But you can break the cycle by forcing yourself to get out and do things even though you don't feel like it. I wish you the best. Kimmie_mac |

I can say you have a good husband. I can say he's worried about you. |
