It takes some fights,
to make your love stronger,
It takes the both of you,
to make it last longer.
It takes some risks,
to keep it together,
It takes your strong bond,
to make it last forever.
It takes a decision,
to keep things straight,
It takes guts to say something,
Before it's too late.
It takes some time,
to find your soulmate,
It takes a heart,
to know if it's fate.
It takes just one of us,
to want to stay friends,
But it takes so much,
to say it's the end.

this was phenomenal!
great message, so true.
good rhyme and rhythm, but it wasn't forced - which often takes away from the poem
