Damara

Once upon a time
There was a little girl
Who didn't know the World
Was a cruel place to live

As she wandered the streets
Of society's humanity
She realized there were
Far better places for her to be

As she tried to struggle
Out of it's horrid grasp
She soon realized that
There is no turning back

So she did the only thing
That she knew what to do
She pulled into her own
Little mystical world

She pretended she could fly
Away from the painful hurt
And soon she'd pulled so far away
That there was no turning back

She suddenly wanted to touch
To feel with other people
She couldn't cross the distance
So she left by the other door

Before she crossed the threshold
Someone called out her name
There was another little soul
Shinning as brightly as her own

This new little soul showed
A path through all the pain
Where the girl could find
Her way back to the others

Coaxing her into the open
And out of the mystical world
The little girl joined the others
To play and join in in the fun
