I only ever wanted to please you,
But only words of hate and sin you threw.
When you lied and decieved you broke my heart,
Your cleverness and deceit top the chart.
Behind you lies a trail of shards and peices,
But I guess broken hearts were your main thesis.
That's it, I'm done, no more lonely nights to cry,
All I ever wanted was for you to try.
You've left, I've cried, and I'll never love again,
But sometimes I wonder if this is where it will end.
In the end Love was a powerful foe,
But how could Love have been so low?

| I know the feeling well your not alone on this one.. love can be a very cruel blow... i'm guarding my heart a lot more closely from now on... nice write and you have it all down pact in here full of emotion well done |
