MORTAL / LIFE
What life is thine? Ignoring the laws of man and GOD. Letting dreams lead thee by hand into self destruction. What life is thine?
Living minute by minute in the epitome of low society. Going from high to low O’er day to day. What life is thine?
Looking up with a tear time to time with remorse of what thou has done. But doing nothing ;nothing to dry thy tear. Dropping back down into that epitome. What life is thine?
Walking that line that is life; Almost falling into thee abyss that is death. Looking up again with that tear. Thinking what has thou done with thy life. What life is thine?
What shall thee say when wrinkled and wise. That life has been unkind; or that thee has over come the slumps that mortal life has begotten upon thee.
What thee life is thine? Thy question that every mortal shall ask. The question that shall be answered be thy end of that line.
What life is thine?

I like this, old in text and concept, yet forever new by context. Beauty on a page. Or screen.
